Piper’s road to a diagnosis was long and exhausting but once they found out she has Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis and were able to get her on the right treatment, things started looking up for this 12 year old. She is passionate about art, Lego, reading, and hanging out with her friends. Piper is most of all a huge Harry Potter fan, and this past summer her dream came true when she and her family went on a magical trip to visit the wizarding world of Harry Potter at Universal Studios Hollywood. There they also enjoyed visiting Legoland and taking in a Dodger’s game.
