Alberta Dreams

Dream #1186

Soon to be 18, this young lady was diagnosed with Fox G1 and Rett Syndrome at a very young age. She suffers from seizure, visual, and motor function disorders; is globally delayed and requires a full support wheelchair with one on one constant care. This lovely girl is non-verbal but is always smiling and laughing and it is very clear just how happy she is. She enjoys music – especially the piano, is very social, and likes to be around people. She likes activities that involve light and sound, tactile and auditory stimulation, and enjoys doing things with her hands. This teen will be finishing high school at the end of the year and currently borrows and iPad and mount from her school. We are thrilled to be able to offer her not only an iPad and wheelchair mount of her own, but also an electric keyboard to take music with her anywhere she goes.
