Born with an extremely rare and highly complex condition, Acromelic Frontonasal Dysotosis, this 3-year-old girl is the personification of spunk and determination. Because of her condition, her breathing, swallowing, and speaking abilities are all highly compromised. Additionally, she was born with severe club feet requiring the amputation of both feet. None of these issues slow her down for long. When she’s not hosting tea parties for her dollies, she loves to be outdoors with her family. For her special wish, she will be receiving a pull-behind camping trailer.
