Emery-Jordin lives with epilepsy, her seizures began at 6 months old and for her this disease will forever be a part of her life. She will never be seizure free but this inspiring young 8 year old sees that only as a challenge to help to educate those around her and one day be able to help other children like her experience with Alberta Dreams. She is fearless and brave, loves adventure and likes to help with everything. Like all children her age Emery dreamt of going to Disney and this past November that dream came true.
Emery-Jordin and her family enjoyed an amazing week at the Give Kids the World Village where they spent 2 full days without even leaving the village because there was so many wonderful activities going on like Halloween, IN NOVEMBER! During their visit they also took in many exciting adventures and ALL of the rollercoaster at the Disney and Universal Studios parks. Emery loved the Tron rollercoaster and Magic Kingdom the best, her sister Nevaeh loved the chocolate waffles at the chocolate factory at Universal. Dad’s favorite experience was Harry Potter World and Popeyes and mom’s favorite memories of the trip were to see the pure joy this trip brought Emery-Jordin to go on all of the roller coaster, see Nevaeh open up and come out of her shell and the stay at GKTW.
We know these memories will last this beautiful family a lifetime!
