Join the 19th Annual Hair Massacure!
JOIN THE FIGHT!!! Hair Massacure gives children a chance to have their dream come true with The Rainbow Society of Alberta, and the outlook of a cancer-free life.
On March 24, 2022 heads will be shaved, once again, in honour of the journey of sick children losing their hair due to chemotherapy. People will gather at the MC College to collectively shave their heads and raise money in support of Albertans facing cancer.
The Hair Massacure was founded, and is supported by, the MacDonald family, in honour of their daughter Kali (a childhood cancer survivor). The event supports outstanding local charities focusing on children with cancer and other life- threatening medical conditions.
The Rainbow Society of Alberta is dedicated to giving the gift of hope by granting wishes to children in Alberta diagnosed with severe chronic or life-threatening medical illnesses.
